Nayan Raj Panday, an actor and writer, based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America, is a method actor who loves to live a life of his own movie characters. He started his theatre career from 2015 as a freshman artist at Northwest Missouri State University where he did some theatre act inside the University. Later, he started working in nepali film industry. He has acted in several Nepali short films such as Bholi Dekhi Chhodi Dinchhu, Karma, Timi ra Ma, Kuri Rakha La and so on.
Apart from being an actor, he is also writer of his own short films. He says that his motto in life is "to lose himself to find the character of his films." He claims that its the only way for his audience to view him as a character not as him in the screen. He wrote his own short films Karma, Kuri Rakha La and Sabda. Some of them have not released yet. He plans to continue writing script as well as acting in his films.
As a method actor, his character's life matters to him the most. He doesn't like to limit himself to a single character type. He keeps changing his characters every year or two that also reflect the changing personalities, hobbies and favorites. His versatility can be seen in his portrayal of different characters in his films as well.
Back in 2020, he portrayed LilNay (rapper, songwriter) and worked on his album, which he quit later on after living it point where he fulfilled the character's demand and also because of the Script Limitation.
In the Year 2021, he is planning on experiencin the spiritual side of life. His goal is to try to learn every answers from within, through meditation and spiritual healing.
